Concertus and its sister companies have undergone significant change over the last year following the strategic decision to bring the portfolio of Suffolk Group Holdings businesses under one leadership structure, now trading as Vertas Group, led by Ian Surtees, Group CEO.

Vertas, Opus People Solutions and Concertus have continued to maintain their individual brands and identity, with the restructure offering the benefit of alignment and economies of scale, as well as future development opportunities within their portfolio of current and potential clients. All three brands are recognised for their people focussed approach and the supportive, progressive, and inclusive cultures they have created.

Concertus recognise that strong governance creates value and improves sustainable performance. There is a yearly board review where appropriate to ensure compliance with UK corporate governance code and best practice.
